By purchasing products from OneBlackShirt using the website the purchaser (“the customer”) agrees to these terms and conditions of sale. OneBlackShirt reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and so you should regularly check the current terms and conditions on this page.

OneBlackShirt products can be securely purchased online through PayPal using a variety of payment options including major credit cards. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for the purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

Pricing

Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time. Contracts for the purchase of products using the website, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formulation, will be governed by New Zealand law. Any such dispute or claim shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Delivery

OneBlackShirt offers free delivery worldwide. Orders within New Zealand are sent via Courier Post. International Orders are sent via DHL and should normally be delivered within 7-10 days, subject to any pending customs clearance. OneBlackShirt will endeavour to notify the customer of any delays but will not be liable for them.

Addressing

As we use couriers requiring a signature for secure delivery and tracking we are unable to send to PO Box addresses so please ensure that you provide us with a physical address for delivery.

If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then OneBlackShirt will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.

Customs and Duties

For any orders shipped outside of New Zealand the customer is the importer of record and will be responsible for all customs import duties and sales tax charges. These charges vary in each country and are outside of OneBlackShirt control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by OneBlackShirt, please email us (info@oneblackshirt.co.nz) within 10 days of receipt to let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction and your intention to return the goods. If the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. If returning, address to:
